PPCS Workplace Health & Safety Training for our staff.
PPCS is very serious about Health & Safety and staff training.
Every 6 months, we hold a mandatory training session to make sure that everyone is fully updated and refreshed on our safety processes and procedures. It also gives our staff an opportunity to directly give us feedback on any concerns they may have on safety issues.
The primary topic for today was Manual Handling controls.
Here are most our staff (the others are out of frame) at today’s training – which concluded with completing the induction training for our new staff members.
PPCS currently employs a number of casual cleaning staff, but due to the growing demand for our Premium service, we are always looking for quality personnel to add to our team.
All of our cleaning staff are personally trained by Grace to ensure they meet our high standards and we also carry out regular inspections of their work to make sure that quality is maintained for our clients. All our employees have current Police Clearances and often also have construction White Cards.
We are very much a team and work together to provide the best service we can for our clients and staff.
